RE: COVID-19

In an effort to maintain good health, we ask that you:

  • Wash your hands frequently.  Regularly and thoroughly clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water.
  • Maintain social distancing:  Maintain at least 6 feet distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing.
  • Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth.
  • Practice respiratory hygiene: cover your mouth and nose with a bent elbow or tissue when you cough or sneeze.  Dispose of tissue immediately.
  • If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing seek medical care early and call in advance.
  • Stay home if you feel unwell.  Individuals should not return to their work until they are free of fever, signs of fever, and any other symptom for at least 24 hours, without the use of fever-reducing or other symptom-altering medicines.
  • Stay informed and follow the advice given by your healthcare provider.
